Change-centered leadership: An extension of the two-dimensional model

In three samples drawn from people taking courses at staff training centres in Sweden, Finland and the USA, a factor analysis of a leadership behaviour questionnaire revealed the same pattern of leadership styles.

Coworkers’ health as an effect of the immediate manager’s leadership profile was studied in a survey. Leadership profiles were formed by a cluster method, which produced seven different combinations of behavior. The clusters were named as follows: complete.
